RETURN, REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY


This Returns, Replacement and Cancellation Policy ('Policy') is issued by Varada Innovations Private Limited, having its registered office at No.225,2nd Floor, Peenya IV Phase, Industrial Area, Bangalore, Karnataka, India- 560058 (hereinafter referred to as 'we', 'our', 'us', or 'company') and applicable to the sale of products on our website; Antmascot.com ('website')


This Policy together with the Terms sets out the procedures and policies for accepting product cancellation, replacement, return and refund thereof. Words and phrases defined under the Terms shall have the same meaning under this Policy unless new meanings are assigned hereunder.


In case of any conflict between the provisions of the Terms and this Policy, the terms of the Policy shall prevail.


  1. RETURN OR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS:

  2. 1.1. You may return a product or request for replacement in accordance with the terms provided under this Policy if:

    1. Damaged: A product is received in a physical damaged condition;
    2. Defective: Product is defective or is not in working condition; or
    3. Missing Accessory: Product or parts of the product or an accessory is missing.

    1.2.  For a successful return or replacement, the product must be in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice, attached MRP tags, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging.


    1.3. You understand that you are further required to provide proof of damage or defect. In the event the proofs provided under this clause are satisfactory to us, we shall immediately issue a refund or a replacement (as may be possible) without any further investigation. In the event the proof provided or submitted is not satisfactory in our sole discretion, your request may be subject to further investigation by us and such decision shall be final and binding.


    1.4.  We may further require you to send us additional proofs in the nature of pictures and videos of product to verify the damage and/or defect, or incorrect specification / missing accessory.


    1.5. Against a return of a product, you may opt to receive a refund of the full amount paid for the product(s), or a replacement of the product(s) (subject to availability of stock). All refunds shall be made through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase or to such account you provide details of, in case the 'pay on delivery' option was used.


    1.6. A request for a refund or replacement of a product must contain the relevant information required to process the claim, including but not be limited to the following information;

    1. Order number;
    2. Reason for return or replacement; Whether you received i) A damaged product;     ii) A different product ; or iii)The correct product but wrong specifications or     iv)any other reason;
    3. Proofs supporting the request;
    4. Recourse opted for: Refund or replacement. In the event you opt for replacement of the product, kindly note that the same shall be delivered to the

    1.7. Timeline for filing of Claims:All requests must be filed within the timeline specified below for the relevant category of products:


    1.8. A request shall be processed only if it is submitted in accordance with the method of filing of a request as provided above, and within the applicable timeline as provided above.


    1.9. Kindly note that if a product was capable of storing any data related to you, before returning the same you must ensure to purge all data from such product. We shall not be liable for any Claim (as defined under the Terms) arising out of any loss of data from the returned product.

  3. CANCELLATION:

  4. 2.1. You shall be entitled to cancel an order placed by you at any point in time prior to the dispatch of the product for delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been dispatched from a vendor.


    2.2. You shall receive an email as soon as the cancellation is accepted and the amount paid towards the order shall be refunded to you within 7 (seven) business days from the date of acceptance of cancellation request. All monies paid shall be refunded to you into the account you opted to pay such consideration from.


  5. WARRANTY CLAIMS:

  6. 3.1. If your product is under warranty from the vendor, you may exercise the same in accordance with the terms contained in the relevant documentation received with the product, by contacting the vendor. We are under no obligation to repair your product, under warranty or otherwise, nor under the duty to abide by the terms and relief provided under the warranty by the vendor.


  7. MIS-USE OF THIS POLICY:

  8. 4.1. If it is discovered or we are made aware of any mis-use of this Policy, we shall reserve the sole and absolute right to cancel any refund or replacement of products, and additionally reserve the right to suspend, terminate, restrict your account on the website and/or use of services. We shall also reserve the right to initiate legal action to the fullest permissible limit as permitted under the applicable law.
