Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Finance Manager to oversee our organization's financial operations. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with other departments to provide financial insight and analysis, and will play a critical role in driving the organization's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and cash management.
• Monitor and manage financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including tax laws, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
• Work closely with other departments to provide financial insight and analysis to support decision-making.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as required.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Drive the organization's growth and profitability by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and process improvements.
• Continuously review and improve financial processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
• Strong financial management skills, including financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Sound understanding of relevant regulations and accounting standards.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and profitability through strategic financial management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
