Position: Catalog Executive – E-commerce Product Listings/Validating

Location: Peenya, Bangalore

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depends on your skills)

Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 years in catalog management/product uploads on e-commerce platforms.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Catalog Executive to join our team at Ant Mascot, India's fastest-growing B2B platform. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in managing product listings across e-commerce platforms with a passion for accuracy, creativity, and clean data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, format, and upload product listings with 100% accuracy.
• Write clear, SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.
• Ensure categorisation, specifications, and attributes are correctly added.
• Validate listings before publishing to ensure zero errors.
• Coordinate with buying, marketing, and design teams for image & content inputs.
• Update or deactivate listings for out-of-stock or discontinued products.
• Perform bulk uploads using Excel/CSV and handle back-end CMS tools.
• Ensure real-time catalog hygiene with consistent audits.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce catalog management (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or B2B platforms preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CMS portals.
• Excellent written communication skills in English (for descriptions).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work with high volumes of data and tight deadlines.

Good-to-Have:

• Knowledge of product taxonomy & standardization
• Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Unicommerce, Seller Central
• Experience in B2B or industrial product listing is a plus.
