Category Buyer – Pantry (Bulk Sourcing) - JOB - On-SIte

Who We’re Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and category-driven buyer who has deep expertise in sourcing pantry products for corporate and institutional bulk requirements. You must carry a strong understanding of both eco-friendly disposables (cups, plates, cutlery, etc.) and Indian-origin FMCG pantry essentials like snacks, beverages, health food, dry fruits, tea/coffee, etc.

Your goal will be to onboard top Indian brands and OEM suppliers, expand our catalog to 25,000+ pantry SKUs, and ensure price competitiveness, real-time inventory accuracy, and seamless order fulfillments for businesses across India & Global Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify & onboard eco-conscious brands and suppliers for disposables & pantry items.
• Manage end-to-end bulk sourcing for healthy snacking, beverages, dry snacks, and pantry kits.
• Develop and grow category-wise vendor ecosystems, ensuring quality and timely fulfillment.
• Drive monthly catalog expansion as per the assigned SKU growth plan.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse & tech teams to ensure product availability, live status, and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate best possible pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and payment terms with suppliers.
• Analyze purchasing trends, create demand forecasts, and optimize inventory levels.
• Audit vendor reliability and performance KPIs – quality, delivery timelines, price adherence.

• Strong understanding of FMCG/Pantry/Health Snacking procurement
• Price Negotiation & Cost Optimisation
• ERP/Excel proficiency (Vendor data, margins, MOQ tracking)
• Knowledge of sustainability trends in disposables & food
• Ownership mindset with strong execution capability
• Basic knowledge of food packaging & shelf life sensitivity
