Role Overview

We’re looking for a Category Buyer – Housekeeping Supplies who has hands-on experience in buying, sourcing, and vendor development in the housekeeping category. You will manage everything from vendor onboarding to pricing, cataloging, availability checks, and margin negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and negotiate with vendors of housekeeping & hygiene supplies
• Add high-utility SKUs such as mops, floor cleaners, garbage bins, gloves, PPE kits, etc.
• Ensure updated pricing and product availability across all listed SKUs
• Maintain a minimum category margin.
• Plan, track, and achieve category growth.
• Ensure 90% of orders in this category are fulfilled within agreed TAT.
• Maintain consistent communication with OEMs to manage price changes and stock outs.
• Regularly audit vendor compliance and product quality.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years experience in procurement or buying in the housekeeping or facility supplies domain
• Deep understanding of vendor ecosystem & pricing structures in this category
• Understand about chemical compositions of hose-keeping products & onboard globally accepted chemicals on platform.
• Strong negotiation and margin planning skills
• Familiarity with MOQ planning, B2B order cycles, and vendor-side SLAs
• Analytical mindset with experience in Excel and procurement dashboards
• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments
