Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated B2B Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and objectives and providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Foster a culture of sales excellence, ensuring that the sales team is motivated and engaged, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and programs that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, customer success, finance) to ensure alignment and maximize customer value.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that their requirements are met.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve the sales process, identifying areas of opportunity and implementing solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adapting the sales strategy as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize data to drive decision-making.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team, set clear goals and objectives, and hold team members accountable.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels of an organization.
- Deep understanding of the sales process and best practices, with the ability to continuously improve and optimize the process.
